[1]22 kW charging may require corresponding "AC charging system (AC charging 22 kW)" special equipment depending on manufacturer and vehicle. If this is not the case, the vehicle is automatically charged by the wallbox or the flexible charging system with the maximum possible charging capacity. The maximum charging capacity of the charging station must be adapted to the upstream installation (cable cross-section and fuse protection).

[2]To use the remote functions of the Mercedes-Benz Wallbox, the Mercedes-Benz App and the connection of the wallbox to the customer's own internet connection are required.

[3]The use of the Digital Extras requires the permanent acceptance of the Terms of Use for Digital Extras and the Mercedes me ID Service Terms in their applicable versions, the permanent pairing of the vehicle with the Mercedes-Benz user account and – if applicable – the activation of the Digital Extras.

Upon expiry of the term, the Digital Extras can be renewed for a fee in the Mercedes-Benz Store provided they are still offered for the corresponding vehicle at that point.

Furthermore, there may be additional prerequisites or restrictions for the usage of some Digital Extras, such as a separate customer owned contract with a third party provider (e.g., streaming , conclusion of a data contract for "Comfort Data Volume“) or selected third party products (e.g., smartphone, smartwatch ). As an alternative to the "Comfort Data Volume" a customer owned data volume (e.g., mobile hotspot ) must be used depending on thegeneration of your multimedia system. First activation of the services is possible within one year from first vehicle registration or commissioning by the customer, whichever comes first.

Information on personal data processed for the use of Digital Extras may be found in the Digital Extra privacy policy.

The connection of the communication module to the mobile network, including the emergency call system, depends on the respective network coverage and availability of the network providers.

[4]Customers must always enter into a charging contract with a selected third-party provider.

[5]With Green Charging, it is ensured through origin certificates that an equivalent amount of electricity from renewable energies is fed into the power grid for the charging processes.
