THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control improves the climatic comfort in your vehicle and keeps drivers feeling fitter, especially when driving in high outside temperatures. It automatically controls temperature, airflow and air distribution in 2 climate zones, so that the driver and co-driver can feel equally comfortable in their different, preferred climates.

The THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control is integrated into the standard heating and ventilation system. In addition to the temperature in the interior, it also takes into account influencing variables such as sunlight, humidity and the quality of the fresh air being drawn in. Under normal conditions, the combination filter for purification of the outside air must be changed after approximately 30,000 km or a maximum of one year. The variable blending of recirculated air which has already been air-conditioned enhances the energy efficiency of the automatic climate control.
