This option merges the benefits of the ExtendedWarranty and Maintenance products – for the lowest possible failure risk and unrestricted mobility. Consequently you benefit from additional services at lower rates compared with individual subscription. Put simply: more service and lower costs.

Services offered

The ExtendedWarranty product offers you an extended warranty for almost all parts and assemblies (e.g. engine, transmission, electrical system, axles, air conditioning). Additionally the scope of all maintenance work as shown in ASSYST (Active Service System) or on the maintenance sheet on the Mercedes-Benz chassis, including spare parts and oils. The contract includes Mercedes-Benz Mobilo1. The contract may be concluded at any time within the first 12 months provided maintenance is carried out as per the service booklet and manufacturer specifications. The number of maintenance attendances is freely selectable: 2, 4 or 6.

Contract period

Up to 5 years after first registration.


Up to 300,000 km total mileage.


Mercedes-Benz Mobilo in its most recent version is valid for V-Class, X-Class, Marco Polo and Marco Polo HORIZON models. Mobilo is initially valid for 2 years without service restrictions for all vehicles with initial registration date from 01.01.2012 and cover is subsequently renewed from service to service at authorised Mercedes-Benz Service Partners for a period of up to 30 years. The services of Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan in its most recent version apply to Sprinter, Vito, Citan and Marco Polo ACTIVITY models.
