Vehicle Supervision
Check up on your vehicle online in real time.
You have an overview of your vehicle at all times: with the Mercedes PRO connect service "Vehicle Supervision" you receive important, fully up-to-date vehicle information online. You can, for example, call up the range, fuel tank fill level or the battery charge status, the kilometre reading and the status of the ignition. If the relevant special equipment is available, it is also possible to call up the tyre pressure and on vehicles with diesel engines the fill level of the AdBlue® tank. Warning messages from the vehicle are also displayed.

The available data may vary according to vehicle model. The tyre pressure can only be displayed if the optional wireless tyre pressure loss detection system is fitted to the front and rear axle. Display of the AdBlue® level is only available for vehicles with diesel engines in conjunction with the optional SCR Generation 3 emissions control system.

With the help of the Mercedes PRO connect service "Vehicle Logistics" you know precisely where your vehicle is and can better plan your journeys. You can have the system show the position of your vehicle at any time. Using "geofences" you can simply define a relevant area on the map and are then informed when your vehicle leaves or enters a certain area.

Various map views – for example with real-time traffic information, vehicle positions or public charging stations for electric vehicles – also facilitate planning.

To safeguard the driver's privacy, he/she can switch off the Vehicle Tracking function via the Mercedes PRO connect App when making private journeys or travelling to and from work.

The earlier you are informed about the theft of a vehicle, the faster you can react – and the more likely you are to find your vehicle again. The "Theft Warning" service informs you if a vehicle indicates a suspected vehicle theft.
