Here's how to set up Mercedes PRO connect in your company for vehicle and driver.

Registration instructions for company representatives and admins

Step 1: Set up your Mercedes PRO account.

Register for Mercedes PRO in the Mercedes PRO Portal. The first step you need to carry out is to create a "Mercedes me ID". In the second step, you will then need to create your company account in the Mercedes PRO Portal. Please note that you must be authorised to create accounts for your company.

Step 2: Add vehicle and products.

After you have set up your company account, you can add your vehicle in the Mercedes PRO Portal. You can now start selecting Mercedes PRO connect products and assigning these to your vehicle. Please check beforehand to ensure that the selected Mercedes PRO products can be used in your vehicle.

Step 3: Verification at dealership.

After you have successfully created your account and then added your vehicle and Mercedes PRO connect products, an official Mercedes-Benz Vans sales and service partner must verify the first Company Admin and your added vehicle. To this end, arrange an appointment with your preferred Mercedes-Benz Vans sales and service partner. Alternatively, you can perform steps 1 to 3 at your local dealership.

Step 4: you can now use Mercedes PRO connect.

Once verification has been carried out by your Mercedes-Benz Vans sales and service partner, all functions of the Mercedes PRO Portal will be available to you, such as the ability to activate services and invite new users. The Mercedes PRO products which you added can now also be used in the vehicle to which they were attributed.

Instructions for setting up the Mercedes PRO connect App for the driver

Step 1: Conclude your driver registration.

You will receive an e-mail inviting you to use Mercedes PRO connect as the driver. Follow the "Complete registration" link in the e-mail and confirm the creation of your profile. Your "Mercedes me ID" is now created and ready for use.

Step 2: Have you already concluded your registration? Install the app.

Once you have successfully registered, install the Mercedes PRO connect App on your smartphone. Use your "Mercedes me ID" for the login. You can download the app here:

Step 3: Open the app.

Start the app on your smartphone and log in. As a driver you can now use the app to select the vehicle you will be operating. Alternatively, your company may already have assigned you a vehicle in the system.
