Alongside the distinctive radiator grille of the Mercedes-AMG GT3, the adjustable carbon-fibre front splitter immediately catches the eye. It also serves to provide downforce at the front axle, as do the side-mounted flics. Air intakes in the front apron ensure effective cooling of the front brake system, among other things.

Maximum downforce on the rear axle and high aerodynamic performance are ensured by the multi-adjustable rear wing and the striking diffuser. Large openings in the rear apron of the Mercedes-AMG GT3 channel the warm air away from the rear wheels.

A new, optimised light package contributes to the characteristic look of the Mercedes-AMG GT3. In addition to the powerful LED main headlamps, which provide brilliant track illumination, optional high-performance auxiliary headlamps are available for use in endurance races.

Unmistakably AMG, typically GT. One of the hallmarks of the Mercedes-AMG GT4 is its flat front end with forward-slanting radiator grille. The wide splitter generates downforce at the front axle, which is also helped by the side flics and an additional airflow break-away edge on the bonnet (Gurney Flap).

The rear of the Mercedes-AMG GT4 impresses with muscular proportions. The rear wing has a wide range of adjustment for the optimum balance between low drag and high downforce. The GT3-based rear track rod provides more durability for endurance racing.

The lighting concept of the GT4 corresponds to the design of the current GT road cars. The LED high-performance main headlamps illuminate the race track better than ever. In darkness or adverse visibility conditions, this results in decisive safety and performance advantages.

The carbon-fibre seat box is part of the safety concept. It is bolted to the steel roll cage and aluminium spaceframe and, together with the integrated headrest and a six-point harness with reinforced pick-up points, provides adapted protection for the race track.

In the Mercedes-AMG GT3, all controls are intuitively arranged and effortlessly accessible. Fluorescent lettering guarantees good visibility even at night. The centre console is tilted towards the driver, facilitating quick access to the switches grouped there.

The racing steering wheel with gear shift paddles allows perfect vehicle control. Using the control buttons on the steering wheel, the driver can activate additional functions such as the pit radio, the flasher or the drinking function. Rubberised grip surfaces provide optimum grip and cushioning during racing.

Due to the fixed seat shell, adjustment to different driver sizes in the Mercedes-AMG GT3 is carried out exclusively via the adjustment of the steering wheel and pedals - not via the seat. This remains in its position so that the vehicle's centre of gravity and wheel load distribution always remain the same.

The central display is positioned exactly in the driver's field of vision. The so-called DDU (Digital Display Unit) shows relevant information such as speed, rpm, operating temperatures, lap times, gear and upshift indicator. The driver can call up additional information via a button on the steering wheel.

In racing, things can get hot not only on the track, but also in the cockpit. The Mercedes-AMG GT3 can therefore be equipped with air conditioning and adjustable seat and helmet ventilation as an option. Together with the effective interior ventilation, these systems make a significant contribution to relieving the driver's workload.

The carbon-fibre seat box of the Mercedes-AMG GT4 is directly connected to the aluminium spaceframe and its steel roll cage. This integration provides adapted safety for the race track. If the GT4 is used as a racing taxi, an optionally available carbon-fibre seat box can also be fitted for the co-driver.

The instrument panel of the Mercedes-AMG GT4 looks like a powerful wing and emphasises the width. The entire interior is as ergonomic as it is intuitive. The centre console tilts towards the driver and all controls are within easy reach. Fluorescent inscriptions facilitate handling at night.

The racing steering wheel with quick release makes it easy for the driver to get in and out. The ergonomically arranged gearshift paddles allow quick gear changes without taking your hands off the steering wheel. Numerous additional functions can be controlled via the buttons on the steering wheel.

The racing pedals of the Mercedes-AMG GT4 correspond in their technology to those of the GT3. Thanks to a proven quick adjustment system, an exact seating position can be set up individually and quickly for drivers of all statures.

A central multifunction display - the so-called DDU (Digital Display Unit) - in the driver's field of vision creates clarity and transparency at a glance with regard to all important information and operating states of the Mercedes-AMG GT4. The displays can be changed via a button on the racing steering wheel.

The excellent air flow through the interior and the optional air conditioning of the Mercedes-AMG GT4 ensure a pleasant driving experience and greater concentration during the racing action. Comfort can be further enhanced by the seat and helmet ventilation, which is also available as an option.

The AMG 6.3-litre V8 engine of the GT3 impresses with power and reliability. Thanks to dry sump lubrication, it is installed particularly low, which contributes to precise handling. The electronic driving dynamics control systems are developed specifically for racing - from traction control to ABS. An optional drop-start function is available, which automatically starts the motor when it is released from the airlift.

For extremely fast gearshifts, the Mercedes-AMG GT3 has a sequential six-speed racing transmission. It has an externally adjustable differential and is mounted on the rear axle according to the transaxle concept. The connection to the motor is torsion- and torque-resistant via a torque tube made of carbon fibre.

Precise handling, exact feedback, perfect deceleration - these qualities allow all drivers to quickly build up trust in the Mercedes-AMG GT3. The chassis and braking system offer top racing technology - from adjustable stabilisers and dampers to ABS, which the driver can adjust many times in the cockpit.

The AMG 4.0-litre V8 biturbo engine impresses with long running times and performance reserves. An optimised cooling concept complements the proven series production technology. The digital core is a racing engine control system that guarantees an optimal power curve. An innovative torque control system ensures excellent metering and driveability.

The sequential AMG 6-speed racing transmission is mounted on the rear axle of the Mercedes-AMG GT4 according to the transaxle principle and is pneumatically controlled. An externally mechanically adjustable limited-slip differential optimises handling for the specific requirements of racing.

The suspension of the Mercedes-AMG GT4 with double wishbone axles and adjustable dampers ensures precise turn-in behaviour, excellent agility and outstanding traction. The racing brake system is characterised by optimised air flow, which results in effective cooling and thus excellent braking performance.
