The A-Class with plug-in-hybrid technology combines the dynamism and efficiency of an electric motor with the range of an internal combustion engine, generating a system output of up to 118 kW (160hp)<p>Figures for rated output and rated torque pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 715/2007 as amended.</p> and peak torque of 250 Nm<p>Figures for rated output and rated torque pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 715/2007 as amended.</p>. The electric motor provides additional output when accelerating or powers the vehicle on its own for up to 68.0 - 76.0 kilometres in the city, allowing you to do a large part of your daily driving with zero local emissions.

Electric energy consumption of the A 250 e in the combined test cycle: 166.0 - 148.0 Wh/km; combined fuel consumption: 1.3-1.0 l/100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 30-22 g/km.<p>The stated figures were determined in accordance with the prescribed measuring process. They constitute the "NEDC CO<sub>2</sub> figures" pursuant to Article 2, No. 1 of Implementing Order (EU) 2017/1153. Fuel consumption figures have been calculated on this basis.
