Augmented Reality opens up an entirely new possibility for interactive representation, making it now possible to experience the Mercedes-Benz Fitness Bike and the C-Class MercedesSport with a mobile device in a new dimension.

Its mode of operation is quite simple: the real world is registered by means of a camera integrated in the mobile terminal. On the display, the software adds information via the image of a map especially created for the app.

In the case of the Mercedes-Benz Accessories Apps, either the Fitness Bike or the
C-Class MercedesSport becomes directly visible on the map in the user’s hands in a 3D representation. By turning the map, or through movements of the camera, the representation can be visualised from almost any angle and in its smallest details.
