It’s apparent as soon as you see the exterior: we couldn’t put any more SLK into this car. The SLK 55 AMG interprets the sporty look of the classic roadster more aggressively and more uncompromisingly than ever. The AMG 5.5 litre V8 engine with 265 kW delivers the highest level of driving pleasure. The SLK 55 AMG is equipped as standard with the innovative AMG SPEEDSHIFT 7G-TRONIC with steering-wheel gearshift paddles for rapid gear changes. And in combination with the AMG high-performance braking system and AMG sports suspension, the SLK 55 AMG achieves maximum agility.

The bodystyling complements the performance. This includes an AMG front and rear apron, as well as side skirts in a titanium grey finish and high-sheen multi-spoke AMG light-alloy wheels with mixed tyres, 225/40 R 18 on the front and 245/35 R 18 on the rear, the AMG sports exhaust system with two chromed twin tailpipes, plus an AMG rear spoiler.

The vehicle’s interior also features typical AMG design – from the AMG sports seats in finest nappa leather to the AMG sports steering wheel with silver-coloured aluminium gearshift paddles, and the AMG instrument cluster, including RACETIMER.
