Agility is a key part of the C-Class Saloon. The standard AGILITY CONTROL suspension with selective damping hardens or softens the dampers depending on the driving situation - fully automatically and separately for each wheel.

The optional Dynamic Handling Package with Sport drive mode delivers a great driving experience. Choose between a comfortable ride and an excitingly sporty drive at the push of a button. Sport mode also adjusts the firmness of the damping system and boosts accelerator response, enabling you to feel engine response more directly.

The highlight of Mercedes-Benz transmission technology is the efficiency-optimised 7G-TRONIC PLUS automatic transmission. Seven forward gears ensure optimum engine speed and deliver virtually imperceptible gear changes. Thanks to its multiple downshift capability, the 7G-TRONIC PLUS can skip individual gears when changing down to allow rapid gearshifting.
