Entire product range with Euro VI.
From the minibus to the high decker.

Stuttgart/Kortrijk: 4 September 2013

The Busworld trade show is both an end and a beginning for Daimler Buses with its Mercedes-Benz and Setra brands: It marks the end of the early changeover of the buses to the coming Euro VI emission standards. A changeover that goes hand in hand with an entirely new engine generation. In the course of this process the ancillaries were optimised for lower fuel consumption, the skeleton and components were further advanced to reduce weight, entire model series were newly developed and a new layout was devised for the rear end and the engine compartment. Numerous tests and customer feedback have confirmed that the new bus generation reconciles the conflicting targets of economy and ecology, it is more economical and profitable while not weighing more than its predecessors.

The highlights of the product range will be on display from 18 to 23 October 2013 in Hall 5 and in the outdoor area.

At the Busworld Kortrijk trade show the visitors can inspect five buses, among them the world première of the Sprinter Travel. More buses are available for test drives in the outdoor area.
