Stuttgart/Mannheim – Roman Biondi is to take over sales of Mercedes-Benz buses/coaches at Daimler Buses and Coaches/EvoBus GmbH from 1 October 2011. The bus manager has been part of the Group since 1994 and has worked for EvoBus GmbH since it started operating in 1995.

His many years of service at EvoBus combine his professional experience in international markets with centralised management operations in Stuttgart. We wish him every success in his new position in Mannheim." Roman Biondi has been head of the subsidiary company EvoBus Italia S.p.A. since 2007. His key areas of activity included realignment of the Italian subsidiary, increasing the company’s market share of new vehicle sales, and restructuring the sales divisions Mercedes-Benz and Setra.
