In launching the Mercedes-Benz minibus series Sprinter Transfer, Sprinter Travel, Sprinter City and Sprinter Mobility, Mercedes-Benz Minibus GmbH has started a successful chapter for minibuses bearing the Mercedes star. A total of four minibus series are available – with many variants for each model. The result is a full and carefully balanced range comprising twelve basic models to meet all deployment requirements, including urban traffic, rural services, tourist travel and transportation for people with limited mobility. The range is complemented by numerous customised designs. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter forms the basis for this range. It is converted and equipped with its own equipment and accessories by Mercedes-Benz Minibus GmbH.

The range comprises minibuses in five lengths (from 5.9 m to 7.7 m). The permissible gross vehicle weight is between 3.5 and 5.65 t. The model name for each series makes a clear reference to the area of application and size of each vehicle. The Sprinter Transfer is a versatile minibus designed for rural services and day trips. The Sprinter Travel is ideal for day trips and longer journeys. The Sprinter City line is a low-floor concept for city bus applications. The Sprinter Mobility is well-suited to transporting people with limited mobility.
